SECONDEE: Learning and Development Designer

TERMS

Your current home employer remains your employer during you are the period where you perform your contribution to the Center.

Thus, the employer obligations will remain with your home employer including payment of all compensation, salaries, remuneration and costs owed to you as an employee, as well as any social or employment related taxes and all associated costs and expenses.

OVERVIEW

Decarbonizing the maritime industry is more than a job to us. Our Center is a visible and significant driver of the global maritime decarbonization journey, and we are now looking for a Learning and Development Designer to join our People and Culture team in central Copenhagen.  

ABOUT THE JOB

This opportunity as a Learning and Development Designer will be to identify and document and describe these stretching experiences that people are gaining and help put together this into development plans so we can systematically and with rigor ensure all people are getting the career-enhancing experience we believe is possible and motivating. 

ORGANIZATION AND TEAM

Chief Officer People & Culture > Secondee

PRIMARY TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES 

  • Map the learning journey which happens through projects and work people already have. 
  • Organize this data in modules which can help focus learning through experience. 
  • Develop and implement strategic plans and programs for learning and development. 
  • Identify additional learning needs and suggest training programs to address them. 
  • Ideate on structured ways of providing learning through all kinds of media. 

CONTENT KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCES NEEDED
  • 2+ years of direct learning design experience 
  • Some knowledge of building curriculum and principles for on-the-job learning. 
  • Project management skills with the ability to document and communicate project plans. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with the design team, subject matter experts,  
  • Ability to translate business strategy into a learning and development strategy.
