TERMS

Your current home employer remains your employer during the period in which you perform your contribution to the Center.

Thus, the employer obligations will remain with your home employer including payment of all compensation, salaries, remuneration and costs owed to you as an employee, as well as any social or employment related taxes and all associated costs and expenses.

OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Product Operations Analyst to join our Transition Analytics & Insights team. To succeed in this role, you’re detail-oriented, structured, and thrive on keeping complex products and tools running smoothly. You enjoy managing processes, coordinating across teams, and ensuring data and product integrity. You might come from an operations, data management, or quality assurance background – what matters most is your ability to organize, prioritize, and communicate clearly. You should be available for a minimum of a 12-month secondment (80% time allocation), with most of your time spent in our Copenhagen office. 

ORGANIZATION AND TEAM

Chief Technology and Analytics Officer > Data, Insights and Analytics Unit > Secondee. 

You’ll be part of the Transition Analytics & Insights team, working closely with our product owners and experts to maintain, monitor, and continuously improve our assumption database and their use in our related tools.

PRIMARY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Manage the assumption lifecycle: Lead the review cycle for our assumptions, ensuring timely updates, stakeholder input, and documentation accuracy and ensure that assumptions are updated across our different tools.

  • Coordinate across stakeholders: Engage with internal and external experts and data owners to collect, validate, and align on assumption updates.

  • Manage data sources: Maintain a clear overview of all databases and data sources we rely on, ensuring transparency and accessibility.

  • Support process improvements: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance traceability, and strengthen governance around data and assumptions. 

  • In this role, you’ll become deeply familiar with our analytical tools, data sources, and stakeholder network - playing a critical part in ensuring the robustness and credibility of our analytical outputs.
