The Portfolio team works across the entire organization, facilitating a balanced allocation of resources across our portfolio programs and projects. We leverage business intelligence and data analysis to ensure a data driven approach to portfolio management and decision making in the Center. Through this, we help the Center drive real action for zero carbon emissions within the maritime industry. As a close-knit team, we offer steep learning curves and early responsibilities.
You are a sharp, analytical, and curious mind who loves to collaborate with other people, learning fast, and being involved in new, innovative ways to work. You have a structured and proactive approach to work and a passion for the maritime industry and the green transition. Furthermore, you have/are:
On your 3rd year of your Bachelor of 1st year of your Master studies within business, engineering, or similar fields in the Copenhagen area
Strong communication skills with excellent written and spoken English
Strong ability to work independently while still being a team player
Emphasis on high quality with a best practice mindset and attention to detail
Strong experience in Microsoft applications such as PowerPoint and Excel. Experience in Power BI is an advantage.
Responsibilities include providing support to ensure efficient operation as well as development of the project Portfolio setup. Examples of such tasks are:
Prepare and consolidate data analysis for Portfolio Review meetings
Manage users in our Portfolio and Project Management system
Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards
Assist in the yearly Portfolio budgeting process
Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and assist with administrative tasks

The position is based in our office in Nordhavn, Copenhagen. The expected start date is June-August 2025.
